Menu Plan Monday

Ok, its not Monday, which means I'm actually planning our weekly menu early (gasp!) We didn't eat everything on the list last week, so its on again for this week:

Sunday: Sundried tomato pesto pasta, homemade whole wheat bread with olive oil & fresh cracked pepper, sugar snap peas
Monday: Basmati & wild rice stir fry with veggies for me (peppers, onions, carrots) & chicken for Jon.
Tuesday: Enchiladas
Wednesday: Homemade pizza & mixed veggies
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Soup of choice, homemade bread, orange
Saturday: Homemade paninis

Lunches for Sydney & I will consist of something like:
bean & veggie burrios
hummus & veggie wraps
Cheese ravioli
homemade chili or lentil soup
