Menu Planning

Last week hardly went as planned, but thats ok by us.  We ate at Quiznos with our free sub coupons one night, I made quick nachos Friday night, as we ended up with free tickets to the the Byron Stripling Quartet (which was wonderful, btw) and Saturday we had a late lunch at the Cheesecake Factory with Jon's family since his Aunt Janice was in town.  Needless to say it was a pretty easy week, cooking wise!

Here is our menu for this week:
Sunday: Spicy pepper & tomato pasta with orange carrots
Monday: Lime Couscous (yes, I love it and couldn't make it last week as there was no mint to be found anywhere!)
Tuesday: Chicken/Bean & veggie fajitas (we make with lots of lime!)
Wednesday: We will be having supper with my Mom.
Thursday: Taco Pie (variation) and salad
Friday: Hummus wraps & fruit
Saturday: Carrot  curry soup for me & pleasant pork chops for Jon.  Syd will be having a little of both and we will be having garlic bread to go with.
