Tuesday- chicken quesadillas/veggie quesadillas, guacamole
Wednesday- lime couscous salad
Thursday- pork chops, baked potatoes, baked beans (didn't make last week)
Friday- goat cheese(w/bell pepper, tomato, basil) paninis
Saturday- Sausage/bean & veggie enchiladas, homemade spanish rice
