Menu's of the week

Taken as inspiration from my cousin-in-law, Sarah's blog, and tired of always wondering what's for dinner, we have started planning out our meals in advanced.  We have done this in the past and it always works well, but have gotten out of habit.  I have often been asked what we eat since I'm a vegetarian and Jon is not, so I've decided to share our weekly menu.

Sunday Chili-lemon couscous salad (so tasty, a big hit!)
Monday Crock-pot spicy chicken/black bean & veggie tacos, spanish rice
Tuesday BLTs (mine is veggie bacon), corn on the cob
Wednesday Pork chops, baked potatoes with fixings, & baked beans
Thursday Pasta Bake, steamed broccoli with lemon
Friday Homemade pizza, sweet carrots
Saturday Caribbean Peanut Chicken/Tofu with rice (My favorite dish to have at home)

Fun! I just love not having to decide everyday what to eat!
That Chili-lemon couscous salad sounds like a delicious favorite. I'd like to get the recipe from you, if you share.:)

I will post the recipe later when I get a chance. It was so tasty and healthy. This was the first time we had it and it won't be the last!!
Jon is wanting to make your sloppy joes soon. I'm thinking he is going to make them for the super bowl (not that we are big football watchers.... personally, I just like the snacky food and commercials! lol)
