Menu planning is getting easier, as we are starting to get produce from our garden, mostly green onions, radishes and herbs (mint, basil, cilantro, & parsley). We have a little lettuce, but have generous garden neighbors who planted lettuce in excess.
Sunday: Father's Day
Monday: Chili Lime Couscous Salad (parsley, mint, onions, & lettuce from our garden) & fresh Artisan Bread in Five Minute a day
Tuesday: Bean/Crock pot chicken fajitas (cilantro, lettuce, & onions from garden)
Thursday: Grilled Chicken, Roasted Carrots, potatoes, onions, & basil on the grill
Friday/Saturday: Art Festival is in town, so we will play it by ear. Will probably have fixings for sandwiches & salads for quick meals at home.
