Sunday: Mac & cheese, peas, & pb sandwiches (aka tired from the busy weekend!)
Monday: Jon grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes, corn, & garlic bread (I guess I was on a carb kick!)
Tuesday: Rotel crockpot chicken/bean & veggie enchiladas, homemade limeade with a kick
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Spinach stuffed pasta shells, sweet carrots
Friday: leftovers/popcorn- its outdoor movie night in the Gateway
Saturday: I'd really like to try this, but I'm not sure if I'll get to it this week
